If the original evaluator in Step 1 denies the appeal, the teacher will have the right to resubmit the appeal in writing to the Associate Superintendent of Education within three (3) teacher employment days after receipt of the written denial in Step 1 above.
The Teacher must submit in writing to the Associate Superintendent of Education an appeal for a different observer/evaluator within three (3) teacher employment days after receipt of the original observation/evaluation rating.
The Associate Superintendent of Education will have five (5) teacher employment days to approve or deny, in writing, the resubmitted appeal.
