Associated Business Entity definition

Associated Business Entity means a Business Entity, that, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Respondent; including but not limited to, the following: i) a business entity twenty percent (20%)or more of whose outstanding voting securities, membership interests or partnership interests are directly or indirectly owned, controlled, or held with power to vote, by the Respondent, ii) a business entity which directly or indirectly owns controls, or holds, with power to vote, twenty percent (20%)or more whose outstanding voting securities, membership interests or partnership interests are directly or indirectly owned, controlled, or held with power to vote, by the Respondent.
