Associated Data definition

Associated Data means that data which accompanies a Message but may not be in the Adopted Protocol; such data may include header information, protective markings, designations, Electronic Signatures, date and time of transmission and of receipt;

Examples of Associated Data in a sentence

Related to Associated Data

  • Restricted Data means data typically exempt from public disclosure requirements under the provisions of applicable state or federal law. Examples of restricted information are regulated and confidential data.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Associated Services means equipment and services, asked for, along with work over unit in this bid document. These include but not limited to mud engineering, equipment & services; camp/catering/ medical services, communication, safety & fire fighting services well control services etc.

  • Limited Data Set shall have the same meaning as the term “limited data set” as set forth in as defined in 45 C.F.R. §164.514(e)(2).

  • De-identified data means information that has all Personally Identifiable Information, including direct and indirect identifiers removed or obscured, such that the remaining information does not reasonably identify an individual. This includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, demographic information, location information and school identity.

  • Public safety answering point (PSAP) means a 24-hour, state, local, or contracted communications facility, which has been designated by the local service board to receive 911 service calls and dispatch emergency response services in accordance with the E911 service plan.

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • DXC Data means the content, information and data pertaining to DXC and/or DXC Customers that is submitted to or accessed by Supplier pursuant to this Agreement.   • Public safety answering point or “PSAP” means an answering location for 911 calls originating in a given area. The E911 Customer may designate a PSAP as primary or secondary, which refers to the order in which calls are directed for answering. Primary PSAPs answer calls; secondary PSAPs receive calls on a transfer basis. PSAPs are public safety agencies such as police, fire, emergency medical, etc., or a common bureau serving a group of such entities.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Designated Date means the date on which funds are transferred from the Escrow Account(s) and the amounts blocked are transferred from the ASBA Accounts, as the case may be, to the Public Offer Account(s) or the Refund Account(s), as appropriate, in terms of the Red Xxxxxxx Prospectus and the Prospectus, after the finalisation of the Basis of Allotment in consultation with the Designated Stock Exchange in terms of the Red Xxxxxxx Prospectus, following which the Board of Directors may Allot Equity Shares to successful Bidders in the Offer.

  • Non-Associated Gas means an accumulation of natural gas in a reservoir where there is no crude oil.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.
