Associates means and includes vendors, suppliers and others with whom the Company has any financial or commercial dealings.

• Plan shall notify Business Associate of any change(s) in, or revocation of, permission by an Individual to use or disclose PHI, to the extent that such change(s) may affect Business Associate's use or disclosure of such PHI.

Associates means, in relation to an entity, an undertaking in which the entity owns, directly or indirectly, between 20% and 50% of the voting rights and exercises a degree of control sufficient for the undertaking to be treated as an associate under generally accepted accounting principles;
