Association Area definition

Association Area means the area of the Association as determined by Softball NSW Inc and/or its affiliate i.e. Campbelltown.
Association Area means those portions of Avianto Extension 3 and 21 Townships which properties are located within the perimeter of a walled estate described as Verona Estate, situated within the Greater Avianto Development.
Association Area means the area within the jurisdictional boundaries of the Franchise/Association, as assigned by the “WFFL”, including any areas annexed or removed by the “WFFL” during the term of this agreement. Franchise/Association Area Franchise/Association shall provide services, as authorized under this Franchise/Association, within the Franchise/Association area and the jurisdictional boundaries as prescribed by the “WFFL” including any areas annexed or removed during the term of this Agreement in accordance with the Area boundaries as set forth in Exhibit A. Association Area means the area of the Association as determined by Softball NSW Inc and/or its affiliate i.e. Central Coast. Detailed information relating to the Association Area is provided in the CCSA Regulations.

  • Trade association means an entity recognized by the State in which the entity is doing business as a trade association and shall not include an organization that is formed for the purposes of providing insurance. “Transaction cutoff date” for weekly data reporting is 8 p.m. Central time on Friday of each week and for monthly data reporting is 8 p.m. Central time on Friday after the first Sunday of the month.

  • Carpet Area means the net usable floor, area of an Flat/Apartment, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, excluding balcony or verandah area and exclusive open terrace, but includes the area covered by the internal partition walls of the flat/apartment;

  • Action area means all areas to be affected directly or indirectly by the Federal action and not merely the immediate area involved in the action (50 CFR 402.02).
