AT1 Instruments definition

AT1 Instruments means any instruments specified as being "AT1 Instruments" in the relevant Loan Particulars or, if none, any instruments intended at their issue date to constitute Additional Tier 1 Capital of the Borrower;

Examples of AT1 Instruments in a sentence

  • In case a Write-up is made, it will have to be effected on a pro rata basis with other Written-Down AT1 Instruments of the Issuer.

  • If separate classes of CEs were necessary for different classes of AT1 Instruments, Tier 2 Instruments, Preference Shares or SNP Instruments for any reason, additional classes and nomenclature would be necessary.

  • If separate classes of CEs were necessary for different classes of AT1 Instruments, Tier 2 Instruments, Preference Shares or SNP Instruments for any reason, additional classes, definitions and corresponding modifications to this Template Resolution Instrument would be necessary.
