Atalaya Corporate Lender definition

Atalaya Corporate Lender means each lender under the Atalaya Corporate Loan Agreement.

Related to Atalaya Corporate Lender

  • Departing Lender means each lender under the Existing Credit Agreement that executes and delivers to the Administrative Agent a Departing Lender Signature Page.

  • Committed Lender means, as to any Lender Group, each of the financial institutions listed on Schedule I as a “Committed Lender” for such Lender Group, together with its respective successors and permitted assigns.

  • Authorized Borrower Representative means a person at the time designated and authorized to act on behalf of the Borrower by a written certificate furnished to the Governmental Lender, the Funding Lender, the Fiscal Agent and the Servicer and containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Borrower by its Borrower Controlling Entity which certificate may designate one or more alternates.

  • L/C Issuer means Bank of America in its capacity as issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder, or any successor issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder.

  • Swing Lender means Xxxxx Fargo or any other Lender that, at the request of Borrowers and with the consent of Agent agrees, in such Lender’s sole discretion, to become the Swing Lender under Section 2.3(b) of the Agreement.

  • Funding Lender means Citibank N.A., a national banking association, and any successor under this Funding Loan Agreement and the Borrower Loan Documents.

  • Appropriate Lender means, at any time, (a) with respect to Loans of any Class, the Lenders of such Class, (b) with respect to Letters of Credit, (i) the relevant L/C Issuer and (ii) the Revolving Credit Lenders and (c) with respect to the Swing Line Facility, (i) the Swing Line Lender and (ii) if any Swing Line Loans are outstanding pursuant to Section 2.04(a), the Revolving Credit Lenders.

  • Exiting Lender see Section 2.17.7.

  • Non-Funding Lender has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 9.9(a)(ii).
