  • The legal obligations of ATCO Gas and ATCO Electric Distribution for the retail functions transferred to Direct Energy, which include the supply of natural gas and electricity to customers as well as billing and customer care, remain if Direct Energy fails to perform.

  • This Compliance Plan describes certain obligations and responsibilities of specified ATCO Electric management personnel.
