  • NCR may, at any time and from time to time until the consummation of the Distribution and any Debt-for-Debt Exchange, modify or change the terms of the Distribution including by accelerating or delaying the timing of the consummation of all or part of the Distribution or the timing of the consummation of any Debt-for-Debt Exchange or modifying the number of shares or ATMCo Common Stock to be distributed.
