AT&T User Data definition

AT&T User Data means AT&T Location Information and all information collected by AT&T from End Users or collected by AT&T in connection with the End Users’ use of the Distributed Applications, including the following identification information: the Mobile Identification Number (MIN) issued by AT&T to identify an End User, the Network Access Identifier (NAI).
AT&T User Data means all data or other information, no matter how -------------- collected, concerning Subscribers' use of or interest in AT&T voice mail services, or derived from or obtained during the Services, including, without limitation, information (individually, in the aggregate, or otherwise) identifying Subscribers and their usage pattern.   • You will not distribute AT&T User Data to any third party without the prior written approval of AT&T.

  • At all times during the Term of this Agreement and afterwards, neither You nor any successor entity or permitted assignee may use any AT&T User Data or any information regarding the identity of AT&T’s customers or the usage or habits of End Users of the Distributed Application, to solicit, divert, or attempt to divert any such customer or End User from patronizing the AT&T Service.

  • At all times during the term of this Agreement and afterwards, neither LICENSOR nor any successor entity to LICENSOR or permitted assignee may use any AT&T User Data or any information regarding the identity of AT&T’s customers or the usage or habits of Users of the Information Service, to solicit, divert, or attempt to divert any such customer or End User from patronizing the AT&T Service.

  • You will not use any AT&T User Data for direct marketing or promotions to Users.

  • As between the Parties, AT&T retains all Intellectual Property Rights and all other right, title, and interest in and to the AT&T Service, the AT&T Marks, the AT&T User Data, and the AT&T Web/WAP Interfaces and any pre-existing intellectual property of AT&T.

  • As between the parties, all AT&T User Data will be owned by AT&T and all Developer User Data will be owned by You.

  • LICENSOR agrees that it will only use AT&T User Data to perform its obligations under this Agreement and as otherwise set forth in this Section 6.1. User Data will be considered AT&T’s Confidential Information.

  • All uses by LICENSOR of AT&T User Data must be in compliance with AT&T’s privacy policies as provided by AT&T to LICENSOR from time to time.

  • LICENSOR will not use any AT&T User Data for direct marketing or promotions.

Related to AT&T User Data

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Service Data means query logs, performance data, such as traffic and conversion data, and other information about Customer’s use of the Service and Professional Services. Service Data may not include any Personal Data and is not considered Customer Content.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Privacy Shield means the European Union (EU) -U.S. and Switzerland – U.S. Privacy Shield frameworks.

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf.

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and any of its lower-tier Subcontractors under this Subcontract.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Company Data means all data collected, generated, or received in connection with the marketing, delivery, or use of any Company Product, including Company-Licensed Data, Company-Owned Data and Personal Data.

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.
