Auction Account definition

Auction Account means a Member's profile and registration on the Platform through which a Member agrees to be bound by and act in accordance with these Terms.
Auction Account has the meaning given to it in the Bid Procedures. “Bankruptcy Code” has the meaning given to it in the recitals hereto.
Auction Account means the administrative auction account for the program, as described in Section 17;

Examples of Auction Account in a sentence

  • Licensee acknowledges that they are responsible for all use of the Service using their Bidder-Code-Name and Mock Auction Account, and that this Agreement applies to any and all usage of the Service.

  • Licensee understands and agrees that Exhaustless may collect and use information from their Mock Auction Account, devices and peripherals in order to enroll licensee in the Program and/or determine licensee’s eligibility to participate.

  • If any deadline imposed by this Settlement Agreement falls on a non- business day, then the deadline is extended until the next business day.

  • Allowances are deemed to be deposited with and accepted by ECC in the sense of the first paragraph when the transfer of the allowances is effected from the EU (Aviation) Auction Account to the Auction Delivery Account, pursuant to Article 64 of the Registry Regulation.

  • Licensee understands and agrees that Exhaustless may collect and use information from their Mock Auction Account, devices and peripherals to enroll licensee in the Program and/or determine licensee’s eligibility to participate.
