Audio Publication the exploitation of any product which is capable of bearing sound (unaccompanied by visual images) now or hereafter known derived from a recording of the performance of the Script including the right to sell electronic copies of the product where, notwithstanding other provisions of this Agreement, the sound recording may be edited for that purpose

Distribution will be of a product intended solely for private use by members of the public and including the right to sell electronic copies via the internet or other on-line or any other digital means (including where permanent access to a copy is authorised whether or not it is downloaded) to members of the public but excluding Radio Distribution and such sound recording of a performance of the Script shall be referred to as an “Audio Recording
