Audio-Visual Content definition

Audio-Visual Content means any combination of Controlled Content with visual images, whether moving or still, and includes a Programme or part of a Programme.
Audio-Visual Content means all forms of moving images with accompanying sound, including without limitation soap-operas, novelas, musicals, variety shows, situation comedies, game shows, children’s shows, news shows, cultural and educational programs, sports programs, sporting events, reality shows, movies, political conventions, election coverage, parades, pageants, fashion shows, “how-to” and other informational programs, interviews, animation and demonstrative content.

Examples of Audio-Visual Content in a sentence

  • Festival Multi-performer event running over one slot e.g. Glastonbury Home Video Exploitation Commercial exploitation of Audio-Visual Content by distributing or otherwise making available copies for consumers to own (including but not limited to DVD copies and digital copies made available as so-called download-to-own (DTO)).

  • Audio-Visual Content Content with both an audio and a visual component.

  • Audio-Visual Content Notwithstanding the restrictions on audio-visual content, incidental companion video in support of the podcast is allowed.

  • Home Video Exploitation Commercial exploitation of Audio-Visual Content by distributing or otherwise making available copies for consumers to own (including but not limited to DVD copies and digital copies made available as so-called download-to-own (DTO)).

  • If use of extracts exceeds this limit, Short Music Item Re- Use Fees shall be payable for use in new Audio-Visual Content, or for new Audio Content, a Repeat Fee shall be payable.

  • Conflicts with other SAG-AFTRA Agreements; Audio-Visual Content This Agreement is intended for and applies to the Podcast produced by Producer consisting primarily of audio content and intended for audio-only distribution.

  • If use of extracts exceeds this limit, Short Music Item Re-Use Fees shall be payable for use in new Audio-Visual Content, or for new Audio Content, a Repeat Fee shall be payable.

  • Conflicts with other SAG-AFTRA Agreements; Audio-Visual Content This Agreement is intended for and applies to the Podcast produced by Producer consisting primarily of audio content and intended for distribution as a Podcast.
