Audiovisual Production definition

Audiovisual Production means the aggregate of a series of related visual images, together with accompanying sounds, if any which is capable of being shown by means of a mechanical, electronic or other device and irrespective of the nature of the material support on which the visual images and sounds if any, are carried, but does not include a broadcast; and “audio-visual work” has the same meaning.
