Audited Company Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(a).
Audited Company Financial Statements means the audited Balance Sheets, Statements of Operations, Statements of Changes in Stockholders' Equity (Deficiency) and Statements of Cash Flows of the Company, and the related notes thereto, as of, and for the fiscal years ended, December 31, 1998, 1999 and 2000, each of which is included in the Company SEC Documents.
Audited Company Financial Statements is defined in Section 4.5(a).
