AUDITS AND INSPECTIONS. In in accordance with 2 CFR 200.332, 2 CFR 200.337, and 24 CFR 570.508, the SUBRECIPIENT will allow the COUNTY, Federal awarding agency, Inspectors General, the Comptroller General of the United States, and the pass-through entity, or any of their authorized representatives right of access to any documents, papers, or other records which are pertinent to the Federal award, in order to make audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcripts. The right also includes timely and reasonable access to the SUBRECIPIENT’S non-Federal entity's personnel for the purpose of interview and discussion related to such documents. The Clerk of Courts Internal Audit Division, Lee County employees, HUD, or any of their duly authorized representatives have the right of timely and reasonable access to any books, documents, papers, or other records, including electronic storage media, of the SUBRECIPIENT or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) that are pertinent to the Agreement, in order to make audits, examinations, excerpts, transcripts and copies of such documents in accordance with 2 CFR 200.332, 2 CFR 200.337, and 24 CFR 570.508. If noncompliance with this Agreement or material weaknesses in the organization are noted, the COUNTY or other authorized representatives have the right to unlimited access to records during an audit or inspection. This includes timely and reasonable access to the SUBRECIPIENT’S personnel for the purpose of interview and discussion related to such documents.
AUDITS AND INSPECTIONS. The CONTRACTOR shall at any time during business hours, and as often as the COUNTY may deem necessary, make available to the COUNTY for examination all of its records and data with respect to the matters covered by this Agreement. The CONTRACTOR shall, upon request by the COUNTY, permit the COUNTY to audit and inspect all of such records and data necessary to ensure CONTRACTOR'S compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
