Aurizona Royalty Agreement means the Aurizona royalty agreement dated as of May 7, 2015 among Xxxx Gold Corp., Mineração Aurizona S.A. and Sandstorm (as successor in interest to Sandstorm Canada pursuant to an assignment and assumption agreement).
