Australian Employee definition

Australian Employee means, except as provided for in Section 5(b) or (c) of the Plan, an individual who is an employee of the Company or an Associated Body Corporate that has been designated by the Board of Directors as a Subsidiary, who has a customary working schedule of at least twenty (20) hours per week and who is located in Australia.

  • At or immediately prior to the Closing, Sellers shall pay to the Australian Employees the Australian Employee Benefits due to or accrued by them up to Closing.
