Examples of Australian Letters of Credit in a sentence
If on any date, the aggregate Australian Revolving Credit Exposure exceeds the Total Australian Revolving Commitment, then within two Business Days following such date, the Australian Borrower shall repay or prepay Australian Revolving Borrowings and/or replace or cash collateralize outstanding Australian Letters of Credit in an amount sufficient to eliminate such excess.
The Australian Letters of Credit shall be used for any lawful purposes requested by the Australian Subsidiary Borrowers.
Borrowers may reduce the Australian Revolver Commitments, without premium or penalty, to an amount (which may be zero) not less than the sum of (A) the Australian Revolver Usage as of such date, plus (B) the principal amount of all Australian Revolving Loans not yet made as to which a request has been given by Borrowers under Section 2.3(a), plus (C) the amount of all Australian Letters of Credit not yet issued as to which a request has been given by Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.12(a).
Australian Borrowers shall, within one Business Day of demand by an Australian Fronting Bank’s or Agent from time to time, Cash Collateralize, with respect to the Australian Letters of Credit issued by such Australian Fronting Bank, the LC Obligations of any Defaulting Lender that is an Australian Lender.
Without limiting the foregoing, Existing Letters of Credit which are Australian Letters of Credit are the direct obligation of the Australian Borrower, the payment and performance of which obligation is guaranteed by the Domestic Loan Parties.
Existing Australian Letters of Credit, Existing Belgian Letters of Credit, Existing Canadian Letters of Credit, Existing Dutch Letters of Credit, Existing UK Letters of Credit and/or Existing U.S. Letters of Credit, as the context may require.
