Authentication Device definition

Authentication Device means any legal device that is used as proof that works or copies thereof are legitimate;
Authentication Device means any device that is issued by the responsible FI to the account user for the purposes of authenticating any payment transaction initiated from a payment account, including a device that is used to generate, receive or input any access code;
Authentication Device means any device that is issued by the responsible Financial Institution (“FI”) to the Account User for the purposes of authenticating any payment transaction, Services initiated from a Wallet, including a device that is used to generate, receive or input any access code;

More Definitions of Authentication Device

Authentication Device here shall mean and include the electronic data capture terminal/s, imprinter/s, credit authorization terminal/s, MicroATM's, or any other machine/s or device/s provided to You by any technology service provider (TSP) or by Bank; such expression shall include any replacement, modification, enhancements and/or additions to the Authentication Device (including the software thereto used), as may be provided by TSP/ Bank for the provision of Services, and shall, as the subject or context may permit or require, mean any or each of such Authentication Device.
Authentication Device means the electronic data capture terminal/s, imprinter/s, or any other machine/s or device/s provided to the Business Correspondent by ICICI Bank; such expression shall include any replacement, modification, enhancements and/or additions to the Authentication Device (including the software thereto used), as may be provided by ICICI Bank for the purposes specified in this Agreement, and shall, as the subject or context may permit or require, mean any or each of such Authentication Device.
