  • Once a Project Scope of Work has the signature of both the Authorised Agency Approver and Authorised Client Approver, such Project Scope of Work shall automatically form part of this Agreement.

  • Authorised User means those employees, agents and independent contractors of the Customer who are authorised by the Customer to use the Services.
