Authorised Devices means up to ten (10) Data Storage Devices that may be associated with a User Account at any one time for the purposes of storing Downloads and/or Streaming of Musical Works. Once a User has reached the limit of ten
Authorised Devices means up to ten (10) Data Storage Devices that may be associated with a Sound Zone within a Licensee Client Venue at any one time for the purposes of storing Downloads and/or Streaming of Musical Works within that particular one (1) Sound Zone. Once a Licensee Client Venue has reached the limit of ten (10) Authorised Devices, the Licensee Client may add additional devices by deactivating one Data Storage Device from use within the Licensee Client Venue for each new Data Storage Device added. The Authorised Devices may auto-expire if they no longer have Musical Works retained on that Data Storage Device authorised for playback. For the avoidance of doubt, Streaming can only occur on one Authorised Device at any one time.
Authorised Devices means an alternative to smartcards, a device as approved by FIDO 2 Consortium that provides Assured Xxxxx 0 Xxxxxxxxxxxxxx;

  • This includes appropriate reporting procedures in order to confirm Subscriber Access via Authorised Devices and to confirm that Subscribers' use of the Data complies with the Subscriber Agreement.

Authorised Devices means each or all, as the context admits, of up to * Unique ARM Compliant Products.
