Authorised Holding definition

Authorised Holding means, in respect of the US Global Note Certificates, $10,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof, and in respect of the Reg S Global Note Certificates, (Euro)500,000 and integral multiples of (Euro)1,000 in excess thereof (in respect of the Euro Notes) and (GBP)10,000 and integral multiples of (GBP)1,000 in excess thereof (in respect of the Sterling Notes);
Authorised Holding has the meaning specified in Condition 1 (Form and Denomination).
Authorised Holding means, in respect of the US Global Note Certificates, $1,000 and integral multiples in excess thereof, and in respect of the Reg S Global Note Certificates, (euro)1,000 and integral multiples in excess thereof (in respect of the Euro Notes) and (pound)1,000 and integral multiples in excess thereof (in respect of the Sterling Notes);

Examples of Authorised Holding in a sentence

  • No Note may be transferred unless each of the principal amount of Notes transferred and (where not all of the Notes held by a holder are being transferred) the principal amount of the balance of the Notes not transferred is an Authorised Holding.

  • A Holder of Notes may transfer all or part only of his holding of Notes provided that both the principal amount of Notes transferred and the principal amount of the balance not transferred are an Authorised Holding.

  • A Noteholder may transfer all or part only of his holding of Notes provided, however, that both the principal amount of Notes transferred and the principal amount of the balance not transferred are an Authorised Holding.

  • Notes may only be held in holdings in the aggregate principal amount of USD 200,000 and integral multiples of USD 1,000 in excess thereof (each, an "Authorised Holding").
