Authorised Manager definition

Authorised Manager means a manager, general partner, trustee (or, in the case of a Sub-Fund or Fund Segment of an Incorporated Fund, the Incorporated Fund), which in each case is acting on behalf and for the account of the respective Relevant Fund or Relevant Fund Segment.

A Schedule will include (but is not limited to) the following information: days or shifts to be worked; hours to be worked per day or shift; and, planned absence (including scheduled time off). Without impacting on the normal operational requirements of the business, an employee may elect to have their hours scheduled in a flexible manner by mutual agreement to allow the employee to take at least one (1) additional days off in each Schedule cycle unless unusual operational requirements apply, provided the total hours worked still equate to the employee’s averaged weekly hours. To facilitate this requirement, employees will be given an opportunity to nominate their preference for accrued days off prior to a Schedule being finalised. Where the employee is prepared to be flexible as to the timing of their hours worked, an employee may request an additional one (1) day off (if the employee is accruing hours in accordance with subclause O9.27, this scheduled day off will be in addition to the one provided in subclause O9.27) in a Schedule cycle. This will be met unless operational requirements apply provided the total hours worked still equate to the employee’s averaged weekly hours.
