Authorised Offering Document definition

Authorised Offering Document means, in relation to a Series, the Final Terms, Series Prospectus, Pricing Supplement, Series Listing Particulars or Information Memorandum, as applicable, prepared in relation to the issuance of such Series.

  • Capitalised terms used in this Principal Trust Deed but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Conditions (incorporating the relevant Authorised Offering Document for the relevant Series) unless the context does not allow.

  • Any termination of the Swap Agreement or the Option Agreement in whole will result in a redemption in full of the Notes of the relevant Series at their Early Redemption Amount, Alternative Redemption Amount, Market Value Redemption Amount or Call Event Redemption Amount (as applicable) or as otherwise specified in the relevant Authorised Offering Document.
