Capitalised terms used in this Principal Trust Deed but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Conditions (incorporating the relevant Authorised Offering Document for the relevant Series) unless the context does not allow.
Bearer Notes may be exchangeable for Registered Notes if so provided in the relevant Authorised Offering Document and Supplemental Trust Deed.
Prior to the issue of any such Notes, the Issuer shall deliver or procure the delivery to the Trustee of a copy of the Dealer Confirmation or Syndication Agreement and the draft Authorised Offering Document in respect of the relevant Series attached thereto.

If the Swap Counterparty is either Citigroup Global Markets Limited or Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG and if specified as applicable in the applicable Authorised Offering Document, the Issuer will also enter into a Credit Support Annex with the Swap Counterparty in respect of the Notes.
Additionally, if, in respect of a Series, “Credit Support Annex” is specified as applicable in the Authorised Offering Document, then the Issuer will enter into a Credit Support Annex under the Swap Agreement relating to such Series pursuant to which the Issuer shall, if required in accordance with the terms of the Credit Support Annex, transfer some or all of the Collateral to the Swap Counterparty.
