Authorised Representative Agreement definition

Authorised Representative Agreement means the agreement entered into between the Adviser and PIS.
Authorised Representative Agreement means the agreement among the Licensee, Business and an Authorised Representative setting out the terms on which an Authorised Representative is appointed, subject to the Licensee giving the Authorised Representative a Letter of Authority, by the Licensee. Business Day means any day on which the Licensee and trading banks are open for business in New South Wales, excluding any day on which trading banks are not open for business in the state in which the Business’ premises are located.
