Authorised Signatory(ies) definition

Authorised Signatory(ies) means the person(s) appointed by the Customer for the purpose of giving instructions to the Bank on behalf of the Customer;
Authorised Signatory(ies) refers to legal representative or any person(s) authorised and designated whose signatures has been registered by the Customer with BSP who is authorised to give Instructions and/or otherwiseconduct banking activities on the Customer's behalf.
Authorised Signatory(ies) means any person(s) appointed by the Customer and agreed to by the Bank to give Instructions in relation to any matter regarding the Accounts and their operation;
