Authority/Agency definition

Authority/Agency means the Southwest Clean Air ((Pollution Control Authority)) Agency (((SWAPCA)) SWCAA).

  • Developer shall submit the Final Budget to Authority/Agency for approval.

  • In the event any information or representation made by Developer to TCAC related, directly or indirectly, to the Tax Credits is not true, complete, and correct in all material respects, Developer shall, and acknowledges it has an obligation to, inform TCAC and Authority/Agency of such changes and to provide updated information to TCAC, Authority/Agency, and its Lender(s), as necessary.

  • Developer agrees to notify Authority/Agency in the event that it applies for or proposes to use other sources of funds for the Project prior to the issuance of the Release of Construction Covenants as to the Project.
