Authority Approval definition

Authority Approval means any licence, permit, consent, approval, determination, exemption, certificate, memorandum of understanding, notification or permission from any Authority or under any Law, or any requirement made under any Law, which must be obtained or satisfied (as the case may be) to:
Authority Approval means a consent, licence, permit, authorisation, lodgement, filing, agreement, certificate, permission, direction, declaration, authority, accreditation, approval or exemption issued by an Authority. Available means, in respect of a Segment, that the Segment has been materially completed in accordance with the Scope of Works for the Segment and, as a result, the Segment is capable of being lawfully used as a railway to allow the operation of train services.
Authority Approval has the meaning set out in Section 5.2(a).

  • Prior to Closing, each party hereto covenants that it will use reasonable efforts to take, or cause to be taken, all actions, and to do, or cause to be done, all things necessary, proper or advisable under applicable Laws to, consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including obtaining MED Approval and any Local Authority Approval.

  • After Authority Approval the Security Management Plan and Information Security Management System will apply during the Term of this Agreement.

  • If the Authority does not respond within such twenty (20) Business Day period, StadCo may send a second notice of StadCo’s request for the Authority’s determination of whether the Authority Approval Conditions are satisfied in accordance with the accepted Extension Plan.

  • No later than twenty (20) Business Days following StadCo’s request, the Authority shall confirm in writing the Authority’s determination whether the Authority Approval Conditions are satisfied in accordance with the accepted Extension Plan.

  • ABBI warrants and shall ensure that each Product shall have appropriate Government and Regulatory Authority Approval for commercial sale by ABBI prior to commercial sale by ABBI in the Territory and further warrants such Product after delivery to ABBI will not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the FFDCA.

Authority Approval means any approval, authorization, clearance, consent or permit of a competent national or supranational authority, whether final and non-appealable or not, required by a Party under mandatory laws for the lawful and valid consummation of the sale and purchase of the Shares under this Agreement, excluding, for the sake of clarity, any approvals, authorizations or resolutions of any internal body of a Party or any of its Affiliates; “Broker” has the meaning set out in Section 4.3.1; “Brokerage Agreement” has the meaning set out in Section 4.3.1; “Business” means advertising agency business and therewith compatible business as defined in each of the Group Companiesarticles of association, including, but not limited to, consultancy business in the areas of marketing and advertising, production of journalistic work and information, management and trade with real estate, art and securities; “Business Day
Authority Approval means a consent, licence, permit, authorisation, lodgement, filing, agreement, certificate, permission, direction, declaration, authority, accreditation, approval or exemption issued by an Authority. Aurizon Network Land Acquisition Costs means costs incurred by Aurizon Network (in its own capacity) in acquiring land or an interest in land for the purposes of the Extension (whether before or after the date of this Agreement).

  • Approval Authority means the authority delegated by the Organization to a person designated to occupy a position to approve on its behalf one or more procurement functions within the plan-to-pay cycle up to specified dollar limits subject to the applicable legislation, regulations and procedures in effect at such time.

  • MAA Approval means approval of an MAA by the applicable Regulatory Authority for marketing and sale of a Product in the Collaborator Territory, but excluding any Pricing and Reimbursement Approval.

  • Requisite Regulatory Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(b).

  • Regulatory Approval Application means an application to seek regular or expedited Regulatory Approval of the Licensed Product for sale or marketing in any country(ies) or Region(s) in the Territory, as defined in the applicable Laws and filed with the Regulatory Authority of such country(ies) or Region(s).

  • FCC Approval means the FCC’s grant of the FCC Applications, including any grants by operation of law; provided that the possibility that an appeal, request for stay, or petition for rehearing or review by a court or administrative agency may be filed with respect to such grant, or that the FCC may reconsider or review such grant on its own authority, shall not prevent such grant from constituting FCC Approval for purposes of the Plan.
