Authority Contract definition

Authority Contract means any Procurement Contract entered into by a State Authority.
Authority Contract has the meaning given to it in clause A7.1 (The Authority and Authority Contract)
Authority Contract means that Contract or Contracts that are created and approved by the Authority.
