Authority Policies definition

Authority Policies means the policies of the authority referred to in schedule 1 part 2 (Authority Policies);
Authority Policies means the following policies, or portions of policies where only a portion is indicated, of the Authority as at the Effective Date, copies of which have been provided to Project Co:

Authority Policies has the meaning set out in Schedule 4 [Services Protocols and Specifications];
