Authority Policies definition

Authority Policies means the policies of the authority referred to in schedule 1 part 2 (Authority Policies);

Authority Policies means the following policies, or portions of policies where only a portion is indicated, of the Authority as at the Effective Date, copies of which have been provided to Project Co:

• In accordance with clause 41 (Compliance with Combined Authority Policies), the XxxX Solution Provider shall comply with provisions set out in the Combined Authority’s Policies, unless and to the extent that such provisions are contrary to the XxxX Solution Provider’s obligations under this Agreement.
