SAP Policies definition

SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • SAP shall provide the Qualtrics Group with access at all times to current versions of the SAP Policies and the SAP Accounting Policies, and Qualtrics shall make the SAP Policies, SAP Accounting Policies or Qualtrics Equivalent Policies, as applicable, available to Qualtrics Group employees on the Qualtrics internal network.

  • For applicable matters that are not subject to SAP Policies or Qualtrics Equivalent Policies, the Qualtrics Board and management shall establish and maintain Qualtrics compliance policies (the “Qualtrics Policies”) and controls as it determines appropriate, which may include for the matters listed on Schedule 3.11(c).
