The QSA JPA is comprised of designated representatives from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), Coachella Valley Water District (CVWD), Imperial Irrigation District (IID), and San Diego County Water Authority (Water Authority) that serve as Commissioners and staff.
The purpose of clauses 16.6 to 16.8 are to ensure that the provisions required by Article 28 of the GDPR are reflected in this Agreement whilst noting the special circumstances which arise given the Management and Direction of Local Authority Water Services Staff by Uisce Éireann.
