Designated Employer Representative (DER) means a designated school district representative authorized to take immediate action to remove employees from safety-sensitive duties, to make required decisions in the testing and evaluation process, and to receive test results and other communications for the school district.
Authorized Company Representative means each person at the time designated to act on behalf of the Company by written certificate furnished to the Authority and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Company by its President, any Vice President or its Treasurer, together with its Secretary or any Assistant Secretary.
Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;
Member Representative means an individual who can make OHP-related decisions for a member who is not able to make such decisions themselves.
Customer Representative means the representative appointed by the Customer from time to time in relation to this Call Off Contract;
Investment adviser representative means an individual employed by or associated with an investment adviser or federal covered investment adviser and who makes any recommendations or otherwise gives investment advice regarding securities, manages accounts or portfolios of clients, determines which recommendation or advice regarding securities should be given, provides investment advice or holds herself or himself out as providing investment advice, receives compensation to solicit, offer, or negotiate for the sale of or for selling investment advice, or supervises employees who perform any of the foregoing. Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the Provider Representatives identified under Section 2.5.
Designated Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 6(j)(v) of this Agreement.
Authorized City Representative means the Mayor, the City Manager or such other Person at the time designated to act on behalf of the City as evidenced by written certificate furnished to the Developer and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such Person and signed on behalf of the City by its Mayor or City Manager. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates, each of whom may perform all duties of the Authorized City Representative.

Non-Lead Sponsor means the Note A-2 Holder in its capacity as the sponsor with respect to the Non-Lead Securitization Note in connection with the Non-Lead Securitization.
Authorized Issuer Representative means any person at the time designated to act on behalf of the Issuer by a written certificate furnished to the Company and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Issuer by its Chairman. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates.
Resident Representative means (if any) the individual (or, if permitted in accordance with the Companies Acts, the company) appointed to perform the duties of resident representative set out in the Companies Acts and includes any assistant or deputy Resident Representative appointed by the Board to perform any of the duties of the Resident Representative;
Company Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).
Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.
Company Representative means the person or persons appointed and approved in writing from time to time by the Company to act on its behalf for overall co- ordination.
Industry representative sample means liquor that is placed in the possession of the department for testing, analysis, and sampling by a local industry representative on the premises of the department to educate the local industry representative of the quality and characteristics of the product.
Owner Representative means that Person or Persons designated by Owner in a written notice to Contractor who shall have complete authority to act on behalf of Owner on all matters pertaining to the Work, including giving instructions and making changes in the Work. The Owner Representative as of the Contract Date is designated in Section 4.9.
Independent representative means a person who:

Major Non-Controlling Authorized Representative means, with respect to any Shared Collateral, the Authorized Representative of the Series of Additional First-Lien Obligations that constitutes the largest outstanding principal amount of any then outstanding Series of First-Lien Obligations with respect to such Shared Collateral.
Buyer Representatives means the Buyer's accountants, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors and other authorized representatives.
Supplier’s Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time with overall responsibility for this Contract and notified to the Customer;
Nominated Representative means, in respect of each party, the person whose details are set out in the Special Conditions (if any).
authorized LEA representative means a LEA administrator designated to be responsible for NPS/A. It is understood, a representative of the Special Education Plan Local Area (SELPA) of which the LEA is a member is an authorized LEA representative in collaboration with the LEA. The LEA maintains sole responsibility for the contract, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
