Authorized Hauler definition

Authorized Hauler means any hauler designated by a Participating Member Municipality by contract or otherwise to deliver Acceptable Waste by or on behalf of such Participating Member Municipality to the Designated Facility.
Authorized Hauler means a commercial solid waste hauler that has been authorized by the City to haul solid waste within City limits. An “authorized hauler” may also collect, haul, or transport recyclable materials in the City.
Authorized Hauler means a licensed hauler or resident of Lee or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Counties, or County staff or contractors, approved and directed by the County personnel at the scale house of the Landfill to deliver Acceptable Waste to the Landfill. “Base Fee” is a component of the Service Fee that is paid monthly to the Company, per the Bid Schedule in Appendix 13. The Base Fee includes equipment and labor costs for the first 10,000 tons per month of combined Class I MSW and Class I C&D Tonnage Rate Categories, for the first 5,000 tons per month of Class III Tonnage Rate Category, and for the first 3,000 tons per month of Ash Tonnage Rate Category. The Base Fee is paid regardless of tons applied to the Tonnage Fee during the period.

  • If there is Unacceptable Waste on the tipping floor that was not identified in a timely manner and returned to the Authorized Hauler that delivered such Unacceptable Waste, despite the Company’s diligence, the Company shall move the Unacceptable Waste to a specified area at the Transfer Station and notify the County and all other appropriate Governmental Bodies as required by Applicable Law.

Authorized Hauler means a Person which, at the time of reference thereto, (i) is engaging generally in the business of collecting, transporting and delivering Solid Waste and which has registered with the Municipality in accordance with Conn. Gen. Stat. § 22a-220a(d); (ii) is then designated by the Municipality pursuant to Section 2.3(a) as an Authorized Hauler, as applicable, for Acceptable Solid Waste; and (iii) has then privileges granted by MRR to deliver the Sanitation District’s Acceptable Solid Waste to the Delivery Point, and such privileges are not then suspended or terminated.
