Authorized Issuer Representative means any person at the time designated to act on behalf of the Issuer by a written certificate furnished to the Company and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Issuer by its Chairman. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates.

Authorized Issuer Representative means the Chair of the Board of Commissioners of the Issuer or any person at the time designated to act on behalf of the Issuer by a written certificate furnished to the Borrower and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Issuer by the Chair of the Board of Commissioners of the Issuer.

Authorized Issuer Representative means the person at the time designated to act on behalf of the Issuer by written certificate furnished to the Purchaser, the Bondholder, and the Depository, containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Issuer by the Chairman or Vice Chairman of its Governing Body. Such certificate or any subsequent or supplemental certificate so executed may designate an alternate or alternates.
