Authorized Lessor Representative means the person or persons at the time designated, by written certificate furnished to the Lessee, as the person or persons authorized to act on behalf of the Lessor. Such certificate shall contain the specimen signatures of such person or persons, shall signed on behalf of the Lessor by the Chairman of the City Commission and may designate an alternate or alternates. The Authorized Lessor Representative may, but need not, be an employee of Lessor.
