Authorized Lessor Representative definition

Authorized Lessor Representative means the President or Secretary of the Lessor and any other person or persons designated, by written certificate furnished to the Lessee and the Trustee, as the person or persons authorized to act on behalf of the Lessor. Such certificate shall contain the specimen signature of such person or persons, shall be signed on behalf of the Lessor by its President or Vice President and may designate an alternate or alternates. The Authorized Lessor Representative may, but need not, be an employee of the Lessor.

  • authorized LEA representative means a LEA administrator designated to be responsible for NPS/A.
