Authorized License means a license pursuant to which products are licensed, or services are provided, by TSI to a Third-party or to an Affiliate of TSI, or by Reuters to a Third-party, and which contains, at a minimum, terms as protective of the Parties as the terms set forth in Schedule 1.2(e), and which is consistent with such terms and the terms of this Agreement.

Examples of Authorized License in a sentence

  • Developer shall be permitted to use the Site consistent with the M-Type 10 License for the Term of this Agreement and during the time Developer is applying for the Authorized License with the applicable State Licensing Authority.

  • Developer shall also, within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving notice from the State Licensing Authority, notify City of the State Licensing Authority’s denial, revocation, suspension or rejection of either Authorized License.

  • Developer shall begin operations of the Project under the Authorized License within six (6) months of the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit or adoption of the operative ordinance approving this Agreement, whichever is later, unless Developer is prevented from doing so due to any event or circumstance set forth in Section 8.6 of this Agreement.

  • Ensure that all disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability apply not only to the Party hereto that is licensing or sublicensing the software but also each of such Party’s licensors (e.g., if Reuters sublicenses a TSI Product to a Financial Services Company, the disclaimers of warranty and limitations of liability in Reuters Authorized License would protect not only Reuters but also Reuters licensors).

  • Developer may request to add to the Authorized License one or more of the license types then authorized by the California Cannabis Laws.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Developer is required to apply for and obtain the Authorized License from the State of California.

  • If the State Licensing Authority does not grant the Authorized License to Developer, Developer shall immediately cease Commercial Cannabis Activity on the Site.

  • If the Authorized License is not granted by the State of California, Developer shall immediately cease operations.

  • Developers shall be authorized to develop, construct, and use the Site for Commercial Cannabis Activity consistent with the following license type (the “Authorized License”): Type 10 Retail Developers shall be permitted to use the Site consistent with the Authorized License for the Term of this Agreement and during the time Developers are applying for the Authorized License with the applicable State Licensing Authority.

  • If the State Licensing Authority does not grant the Authorized License to Developers, Developers shall immediately cease Commercial Cannabis Activity on the Site.
