Authorized Signatory or Signatories definition
Authorized Signatory or Signatories means each person appointed by you in the Account Mandate or other documentation authorized to conduct business on your behalf;
Authorized Signatory or Signatories means those parties described on EXHIBIT D, which parties are authorized to execute documents for his or her respective entity.
Examples of Authorized Signatory or Signatories in a sentence
The Corporate Entity shall provide to Ajman Bank a duly certified copy of the resolution of the Board (or its equivalent) of the Corporate Entity authorizing; (i) the opening of the Account in the name of such Corporate Entity; and (ii) authorizing the named Authorized Signatory or Signatories to open and operate the Account on behalf of the Corporate Entity.
