Authorized Signatory(ies) definition

Authorized Signatory(ies) means the authorized signatory(ies) designated by the Customer and accepted by the Bank for or in connection with the operation of any Bank Account(s) with the Bank or (as the case may be) provision of any Service provided by the Bank, subject to such changes as may be agreed by the Bank from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, in a case where the Customer is an individual or consists of two or more individuals, such Authorized Signatory(ies) may include such individual or (as the case may be) any one or more of such individuals; and unless the context does not allow, the term “Authorized Signatory(ies)” shall mean the Authorized Signatory(ies) concerned together with his/her/their related specimen signature(s) on record with the Bank;
Authorized Signatory(ies) means the person or persons who is authorized to sign a Tender on behalf of the Tenderer;
Authorized Signatory(ies) means any officer, director or other person designated by resolution of the Board of Directors of the DDA (whether such resolution is adopted in connection with the issuance of the Bonds or otherwise) or by the DDA’s Bylaws as an “Authorized Signatory” or similar title empowered to, among other things, execute and deliver on behalf of the DDA, the Indenture and the Bonds.

Examples of Authorized Signatory(ies) in a sentence

  • The Member may, from time to time, provide the Credit Union with certified copies of the Facsimile Signatures of the Member, Authorized User(s) and/or Authorized Signatory(ies), as applicable.

Related to Authorized Signatory(ies)

  • Authorized Signatory means the designated person of the agency authorized to represent the agency in all matters pertaining to its Proposal. The designated person should hold the Power of Attorney duly authorizing him/ her to perform all tasks including but not limited to sign and submit the Proposal to participate in all stages of the RFP Process, to conduct correspondence for and on behalf of the agency, and to execute any document required to give effect to the outcome of the RFP Process;

  • Authorized Signature means the signature of an individual authorized to receive funds on behalf of an applicant and responsible for the execution of the applicant’s project.
