Authorized Signor(s) definition
Authorized Signor(s). The Lessee's governing board shall provide Lessor with its resolution or ordinance authorizing this Agreement and shall designate the individual(s) to execute the Agreement used therein.
Authorized Signor(s) means the individual person(s) signing this Rider on behalf of the Co-Borrower.

No amendment or modification of this Agreement or any Statement of Work (including any schedules or exhibits) shall be valid or binding upon the Parties unless such amendment or modification specifically refers to this Agreement, is in writing, and is signed by one of the Designated Contacts or Authorized Signors of each party.
