Authorized Signor(s) definition

Authorized Signor(s). The Lessee's governing board shall provide Lessor with its resolution or ordinance authorizing this Agreement and shall designate the individual(s) to execute the Agreement used therein.
Authorized Signor(s) means the individual person(s) signing this Rider on behalf of the Co-Borrower.
