Authorized Subprocessors means (a) those Subprocessors set out at https://www.talogy.com/en/legal/sub-processors/ (Authorised Subprocessors); and (b) any additional Subprocessors consented to in writing by Customer in accordance with section 5.1;

• Any updates to this list of Authorized Subprocessors must be approved by Oracle Health in writing as set out in 2.3(a) above.

• The Customer gives its general consent to Supplier’s use of its sub-processors, as set out in Schedule Two (List of Authorized Sub-processors).

• At least ten (10) days before enabling any third party other than Authorized Subprocessors to access or participate in the Processing of Personal Data, Processor will add such third party to the List and notify Controller of that update.

• Following is a list of Authorized Subprocessors: • Amazon Web Services Inc.
