Authorized Third Party User definition

Authorized Third Party User means a party who is not an employee or a director of you who is authorized by contract or other agreement to access the “computer system” for the receipt or delivery of services.
Authorized Third Party User means any authorized Third Party appointed by CVS and approved by LumiraDx or any of its Affiliates to use the Product in the Field in the Territory for the Permitted Use.
