Authorized Union representative definition

Authorized Union representative means any Union officer (President, Vice-President, Secretary/Treasurer), Union Xxxxxxx, or any other person who has been designated in writing by a Union officer or SEIU Local 503, OPEU staff member as an official Union representative. The Union shall furnish LCOG with a list of authorized Union representatives as described in Article 7.10 below.

  • Authorized Union representative access to work locations for the purpose of investigating grievances as prescribed herein.

Area: The lands in a described geographic area that are managed and/or protected by the Parties within this Agreement.

  • Designated Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 6(j)(v) of this Agreement.

  • Representative means with respect to a particular Person, any director, officer, manager, employee, agent, consultant, advisor, accountant, financial advisor, legal counsel or other representative of that Person.

  • Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
