Authorized Vendors definition

Authorized Vendors means those vendors INTEGRIS may contract with to produce and send letters, notices, bills and/or other statements to patients regarding amounts owed by the patient and to contact the patient regarding payment of their unpaid bills.
Authorized Vendors means vendors and partners that are used or referred by FP as part of the FP Services, such as the Engaged Recovery Services, that are outside of FP’s direct organization and whose services, products, software, technology, or platforms are accessed, used, or engaged by Client or that are otherwise part of the FP Services.
Authorized Vendors means independent contractors, consultants, or other Third Parties (including other Governmental Entities) who are retained, hired, or utilized by any Governmental Entity to use, maintain, support, modify, enhance, host, or otherwise assist a Governmental Entity with any Deliverables provided pursuant to any General Terms.

  • Upon reasonable notice (no less than 30 days prior written notice) and no more than once per calendar year, ▇▇▇ shall have the right to engage an independent third party (chosen by ▇▇▇ but subject to Licensee’s approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld) to visit, inspect and review the facilities and security systems and procedures of Licensee and Licensee’s Authorized Vendors.
