Authorized Vendors definition

Authorized Vendors means those vendors LLUBMC may contract with to produce and send letters, notices, bills and/or other statements to patients regarding amounts owed by the patient and to contact the patient regarding payment of their unpaid bills.

Authorized Vendors means vendors and partners that are used or referred by FP as part of the FP Services, such as the Engaged Recovery Services, that are outside of FP’s direct organization and whose services, products, software, technology, or platforms are accessed, used, or engaged by Client or that are otherwise part of the FP Services.

Authorized Vendors means independent contractors, consultants, or other Third Parties (including other Governmental Entities) who are retained, hired, or utilized by any Governmental Entity to use, maintain, support, modify, enhance, host, or otherwise assist a Governmental Entity with any Deliverables provided pursuant to any General Terms.

Examples of Authorized Vendors in a sentence

• Factory authorized suppliers provide parts and proprietary technical data/drawings only available from the original manufacturer Authorized Vendors.

• Authorized Vendors are required to maintain WIC foods to ensure that food items are available to the WIC customer when they shop.

• Authorized Vendors must make reasonable attempts to work with a patient with unpaid bills to resolve his/her account.

• WIC Authorized Vendors requiring purchase of multi-function equipment from the Contractor will be provided a minimum of 30 days’ notice.

• All Authorized Vendors will comply with this Billing and Collection Policy and Dignity Health’s standard procedures relating to all such communications.

• Client acknowledges and agrees that Authorized Vendors and third party CRM may provide to FP certain confidential, proprietary, and trade secret business or technical information of Client or other persons in connection with FP’s performance of the FP Services (“Client Confidential Information”).

• In this regard, apart from its rights to seek applicable Delay-Related SI Remedies, the SI alone hereby specifically assumes the risk of any and all delays caused by any MTA Group entity, its Authorized Vendors, or others acting on behalf of any MTA Group entity or its Authorized Vendors, including: (i) delays in processing or approving any Submissions (including Recoverable Submissions); (ii) delays in providing NFPS Agency- supplied services; and (iii) any other delays.

• Upon reasonable notice (no less than 30 days prior written notice) and no more than once per calendar year, Xxx shall have the right to engage an independent third party (chosen by Xxx but subject to Licensee’s approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld) to visit, inspect and review the facilities and security systems and procedures of Licensee and Licensee’s Authorized Vendors.

• The Contractor agrees and acknowledges that Authorized Vendors shall enjoy all of the rights granted to the Authority under this Section (entitled "Intellectual Property"), and that the Authority holds the full, perpetual, irrevocable right to sublicense such rights to Authorized Vendors, subject to the licensing restrictions set out in Section (entitled "Intellectual Property").

• WIC Authorized Vendors deemed necessary for participant access will be provided POS equipment from the Contractor at the expense of MDHHS.
