Auto-Call Trigger Rate definition

Auto-Call Trigger Rate means the applicable percentage in respect of the relevant Auto-Ca l Valuation Date on which an Auto-Call Trigger Event has occurred as set out in the definition of Auto-Call Trigger Level above (i.e. as shown in the same row as that date).
Auto-Call Trigger Rate means each of the percentages set out below, being in each case a fixed percentage of the principal amount of a Note which a Noteholder will receive in the event of an Early Redemption for Autocallable Redemption Notes. *Provided that if the Auto-Call Valuation Date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the immediately following Scheduled Trading Day shall be the Auto-Call Valuation Date.
Auto-Call Trigger Rate means, in respect of an Auto-Call Valuation Date, the percentage specified as such set out beside such Auto-Call Valuation Date in the third column of table in the definition of Auto-Call Trigger Level above.

  • Swap Rate means a charge by the Company for the interest cost and associated costs (positive or negative) incurred in relation to the overnight rollover (s) of an open position;
