Autodesk Software License. Autodesk Inc.’s standard end-user license agreement granting You a license to use a copy of the Software Program. The Autodesk Software License may sometimes be "Autodesk Maintenance Subscription": the maintenance subscription and support program offered generally by Autodesk for Autodesk Creative Finishing Software Programs under which Autodesk may provide (among other things) updates and upgrades to, new versions of, and certain other support and services relating to the Software Programs. Most particularly “Maintenance Subscription” refers to Your entitlement to receive Subscription and Support (defined below) (other than Hotline Support and Additional Support) and also means any other program or service identified by Autodesk as being subject to this Agreement.

Examples of Autodesk Software License in a sentence

  • In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and those of an Autodesk Software License, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply.

  • These limitations shall be in addition to, and not in substitution for, the limitations of liability set out in any applicable Autodesk Software License.

  • If the Primary License is for a Network Version or is subject to a Network License pursuant to the applicable Autodesk Software License, You must complete and submit a Home Use License Application to Autodesk.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the applicable Autodesk Software License with respect to Territory, during the Term and subject to the requirements set forth in this Section 2.C.(iii), You may Install or permit an employee to Install the Covered Software during the Subscription Term on a portable Computer and Access that Covered Software outside the Territory for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days in any twelve (12) month period without Autodesk’s written consent.
