Automated Voice Response definition

Automated Voice Response and “AVR” each has the meaning provided for in OAR 410-120-0000.
Automated Voice Response or “AVR” means OHA’s computer system that provides information on the current eligibility status of OHP Clients and Members by phone or by Web access.
