Automatic Transfer Employees definition

Automatic Transfer Employees means those Transferring Employees whose employment transfers by operation of Law in connection with the transfer of a business or part of a business.

Automatic Transfer Employees means those Keysight Group Employees or Agilent Group Employees, as applicable, where local employment Laws, including but not limited to the Transfer Regulations, require an automatic transfer of employees upon the transfer of a business as a going concern and such business transfer occurs by operation of Law.

Automatic Transfer Employees means the employees and workers of Sapphire or any of its Subsidiaries who are exclusively or primarily engaged in the Businesses and to whom the Transfer Regulations apply.

• The accrued but unused vacation of Continuing Employees, Automatic Transfer Employees and Non-Automatic Transfer Employees shall continue or carry over to the Employee’s new employing entity, to the extent permitted by applicable Law.

More Definitions of Automatic Transfer Employees

Automatic Transfer Employees means those JDSU Group Employees engaged in the Lumentum Business whose employment transfers by operation of applicable Law to a member of the Lumentum Group.

Automatic Transfer Employees means any Veralto Employee, where local employment Laws, including the Transfer Regulations, provide for an automatic transfer of such employees to a member of the Veralto Group by operation of Law upon the transfer of a business as a going concern and such business transfer occurs as a result of the transactions contemplated by the Separation Agreement.

Automatic Transfer Employees means all those Employees who will transfer with the Relevant Businesses by operation of relevant national Laws;

Automatic Transfer Employees means any Filtration Employee, where local employment Laws, including the Transfer Regulations, provide for an automatic transfer of such employees to a member of the Filtration Group by operation of Law upon the transfer of a business as a going concern and such business transfer occurs as a result of the transactions contemplated by the Separation Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Cummins may designate that certain Filtration Employees who would otherwise be considered Automatic Transfer Employees shall be offered employment by the GEO instead of a member of the Filtration Group, and in such event, such individuals shall cease to be considered Automatic Transfer Employees.
