Automatic Transfer Employees means those Keysight Group Employees or Agilent Group Employees, as applicable, where local employment Laws, including but not limited to the Transfer Regulations, require an automatic transfer of employees upon the transfer of a business as a going concern and such business transfer occurs by operation of Law.
