Examples of Transferred Employee in a sentence
This Article VI is included for the sole benefit of the parties to this Agreement and their respective transferees and permitted assigns and does not and shall not create any right in any Person, including any current or former employee of Seller or any of its Affiliates, any Business Employee, any Former Business Employee or any Transferred Employee, who is not a party to this Agreement.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon termination of the applicable SOW as part of the Termination Assistance Services, nothing in this Section 27 shall restrict Client’s ability to solicit or hire any (a) dedicated Ensemble Personnel performing Services on-site at a Facility at the position of director and below, or (b) Transferred Employee (as defined in the SOW).
No current or former employee of Seller or any of its Affiliates, nor any Business Employee, Former Business Employee or Transferred Employee, including any beneficiary or dependent thereof, or any other Person not a party to this Agreement, shall be entitled to assert any claim against Purchaser, Seller or any of their respective Affiliates under this Article VI.
